sohnrad_04. 02, cutting and cleaning bb-shell - an upcycling frame-building project
This Episode of the "sohnrad" is about the first step - the deconstruction (nice word for taking the hacksaw and starting the massacre :-/) of the Frame.
Even if the first cut hurts a little :-/ you have to do it.
The goal is to keep as much joints as possible. Specially at the backstay it saves lots of time an possible sources for mistakes.
Concerning mistakes, I know best what I am talking about!!! :)
In this case here, I could only save the chainstays/bb-shell joint, because the angle of seattube and seatstays to chainstays are sufficient for my son‘s fitting...
